HAPPY CHRISTMAS FROM NERDOH & MANY THANKS

We havent been as up to date on our News Pages as usual, due to it being a very busy period all round.

Nerdoh did a couple of shows - Memorabilia NEC and the Collectormania in London - which turned out to be excellent. We also met old friends as well as some new ones. Great atmosphere at both and some cracking guests.

We have also been busy on new, subtle movie referenced ideas - Rambo, Gremlins, Zombieland, Event Horizon and Total Recall - which we hope everyone likes. There are also a couple of others just about to come out (after Xmas)...a Pink Panther design (any guesses?) and a Snatch inspired one (Mickey O’Neil and Brick-Top Bookies might be in there), so keep an eye out.

Having had lots of ladies asking for more designs in the lady-fit style we have brought out quite a few more...Zulu, Iron Man, Starship Troopers as well as the new Zombieland inspired design in this fit. If theres any you think we should DEFINATELY bring out in the lady-fit, please let us know and we will try and cater for it.

There is still time to get your order in before Christmas (we post next day 1st class), so see if theres anything in our range that you or someone you (sort of) like might want this Xmas. :)

We have been asked many times whether we are bringing out a bigger range in the Lady-fit design for the girlies out there. We have over 50 designs all in 5 different sizes, then we have Hoodies in certain styles in varying sizes etc., so we have a lot to keep track of.

SFX and Nerdoh!!

Look out for a feature on our BRAND NEW fictional hotel towels in the upcoming issue of SFX.

They loved them sooooo much they needed some to put in their toilets - you cant get a better recommendation than that!!!

It took a lot of guts to pinch a few towels from both the Bates Motel (family run, but forever arguing) where the ensuite was very dirty, and The Overlook Hotel, where we had a few weird dreams and couldnt wait to leave!! So we thought we would put them on our site.

MOVIE HOTEL TOWELS!?

Brand New to our site are these lovely towels which we have brought back from a stay at a very dodgy motel.

We wasnt too impressed by the dirty rooms and the dark, red, rusty looking marks in our shower plug hole. And having been constantly woken up by the owner and her son having blazing rows at their house at the top of the hill, we decided on compensation. So, we slid a couple of their towels in our luggage and zipped off before anyone knew!!

These are lovely, soft 600mg Egyptian Cotton towels, red embroider with Bates Motel and their facilities. It also has Proprietors: Mrs Bates & Son stitched into them.

We would like to say a great big thank you to all who visited us at last weekends brilliant London Film and Comic Con. It was a fantastic weekend. NEC MEMORABILIA - SPRING SHOW

A great big thanks to all the people who came to see us at the Spring Memorabilia Show 29th & 30th March 2009. It turned out to be a really, really good show with lots of people coming through the doors, loads of star personalities and tonnes of stuff to do.

We had some great people come and see us and buy some of our designs. A lot actually wearing a Nerdoh t-shirt bought from the previous shows or our website.

Buffalo Bill - Creepy!!

With release of our BRAND NEW Silence of the Lambs inspired Tee, we couldnt help adding this link to our news pages.

Very creepy, very dark - so goes well with this cracking t-shirt!

Silence of the Lambs T-shirt

LATEST NEW T-SHIRT FOR 2009 - A creepy little number!

The latest movie inspired t-shirt for the new year is inspired by the ultra spooky Silence of the Lambs.

However, as all Nerdoh Tees, isnt the obvious, and we focus upon NOT Hannibal Lecktor but the other serial killer in the movie - Jame Gumb, aka Buffalo Bill!!!

There are some brilliant scenes with this character in the movie, none more so than 'Bill' having a dance in his newly stitched-up skin suit in front of the mirror with....well, im sure we have all seen it. There’s also the death pit scene, where one of his victims is incarcerated and being asked to..."put the lotion on her body......put the f*cking lotion on your body" - pretty dark and scarey, by all accounts, but a classic quote and scene.

To this end, Nerdoh have this mega-cool movie t-shirt, with our distressed and worn looking print and design - Buffalo Bill with Skinning and Needlework scratched underneath and a disturbing picture of Buffalo Bill starting up and moving away from his video camera. All in a deep blood red and cream print.

Hopefully, this is different from all the boring, humdrum designs inspired by Silence of the Lambs and featuring Hannibal Lecktor, his mask or the death moth!!

Eeek.

Inspired by the cracking movie, Iron Man, we have this Stark Industries movie t-shirt. Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr. in the movie, is the Chairman of this company and Iron Man himself. Its one of the best movies of last year and we think it is one of the best designs we have done.

The Bamboo Lounge was an integral part of the first half of the movie and appeared in quite a few scenes and was where the ‘wiseguys’ disposed of their ill-gotten gains. It was also the nightclub hangout for them, providing dancing, craps, dice and drinking.

It is also where the infamous Joe Pesci “funny guy” scene took place. Ray Liotta suddenly finding himself in Tommy’s firing line! A superb scene and pretty scarey.

Brand New Design - ALIEN Variation

NEW FOR 2009

We have a brand new Alien variation design, again based on the cargo ship Nostromo, but we have created a much more industrial looking design with a distressed dark grey print on a graphite premium thick 100% cotton t-shirt.

Hopefully, this is a complete contrast to our other Alien inspired design, which is a near replica of the Nostromo Crew’s badge logo on a black premium tee.

Also incorporated into the design is the Weyland-Yutani Corporation logo along with the company catchline...“Building Better Worlds”.
